Just what do you get for your money? The above price includes a full professional snagging inspection (including photos of the main defects) followed by a written report (ideal for the property investor as report in style of inventory) in .pdf format which will be sent to you the client and a summary of the faults will be sent to the builder/site manager. For your complete piece of mind, full liason with your developer is established in the early stages and maintained post inspection to ensure progress is made on all the repairs that are needed.

"...the best few hundred pounds I could have spent"

I am a new investor to the Buy to Let market and living over 150 miles away from the property could ill afford the time to check the property for faults. Secondly I had no idea what to check for!
