We have fully independent snagging inspectors (chartered surveyors) operating from our associate company based in the Costa del Sol, that covers all areas of Spain, including, Costa Blanca, Costa Almeria and Costa Calida.
Over 600 points are checked thoroughly during the snagging inspection. All rooms are measured to ensure rooms are to the original specification. Also included are general comments & views of the development, providing you with an overall impression of progress. Translation of the report to Spanish is also part of the service (the clear format and language are vital to the communication process with the Spanish builders).
