This is a common isuue with new builds that we find during a snagging survey and is an issue that often simply lacks common sense. Why place an exterior security light inside the hall cupboard for instance when eveyone knows that they should be placed in the hall as close to the front doorframe as possible? The sheer hassle of having to go into the cupboard each time you want to switch it on or off !
