With the average apartment having in excess of 100 snags it is highly recommended that snagging inspections are carried out on all new build builds, ideally on or before the client's completion date. It takes on average 3 to 4 hours to fully inspect a 2 bed apartment in the Manchester area.
We have been undertaking new build snagging surveys and inspections on behalf of both private purchasers, investors and developers in the Manchester area since 2006. We have previously carried out inspections at Adelphi Wharf, Ancoats Garden, East Tower, Deansgate Square, Millienium Point, New Islington, The Roof Gardens, Lockside, Nuovo, Deansgate Square, Hallmark and Pulse to name but a few.
