Site Snagging has been carrying out snagging inspections in London on behalf of buyers and investors since 2006. During this time we have worked with both clients and developers to provide comprehensive professional snagging surveys on extensive new developments, commercial buildings and refurbished older buildings.

Why should I book a Snagging Inspection in London?

During the property inspection we will pay special attention to:

  • Doors and doorframes (architraves, hinges, plates, intumescent strips, keeps, locks)
  • Bathrooms and ensuites (all sanitaryware, sealant finishes)
  • Radiators
  • Lights and recessed lit ceilings
  • Windows and frames
  • Stairs (balustrades, stringers, treads and risers)
  • A check on various electrical appliances

Our snagging inspectors have many years of experience in locating and documenting snags in new homes and commercial properties. They are equipped with the latest technology and all inspections are based on the National House-Building Council (NHBC) best practices for conducting a snagging inspection.



















Our charges start from as low as £285 and the fee includes the cost of a full survey and a professionally laid out report sent to you within 24-48 hours.
